Terms and Conditions — HelpDash
Version 1.3.2 · Effective from 30-10-2026
Status: APPROVED by BJS on 30-10-2026 (version 1.3.2). Written 22-09-2026 from what HelpDash actually does and stores. Not legal advice; no lawyer has reviewed this text.
HelpDash is a PROCESSOR for the personal data inside tickets: that data is governed by the Data Processing Agreement at https://helpdash.eu/dpa, not by this policy, which covers your agents' own data.
Built with AI: this product and its documents were written with the help of an AI assistant (Anthropic Claude) under human direction; no customer data is sent to an AI provider.
1. Operator
HelpDash is a service operated by We make AI work s.r.o., IČO 29697115, registered office: Nové sady 988/2, Staré Brno, 602 00 Brno, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno, file no. C 152497 (the "Operator", "we"). Contact: support@helpdash.eu · https://helpdash.eu
"HelpDash" is a product name (obchodní označení) of the Operator; all contracts under these Terms are concluded with We make AI work s.r.o.
2. Scope
These Terms govern the use of HelpDash at helpdash.eu and its related applications. By creating an account, making a purchase, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. The service — what HelpDash is
HelpDash is a customer-support desk. Your company's support addresses land in one place, your agents answer from there, and the customer's reply comes back onto the same ticket. You reach it through your BusinessDash account (businessdash.eu).
(a) What it does. An organisation holds one or more desks; a desk receives requests by email, by API or from your own site, turns each into a numbered ticket, and lets your agents reply, add internal notes nobody outside sees, and close. Your agents sign in with a one-use link — there are no passwords to manage. Tickets of one organisation are isolated in the database itself, not only in the application.
(b) Free. HelpDash is free of charge for the desks we open with you. We will not start charging an existing desk without telling you first, in writing, with at least 30 days' notice.
(c) Paid products. HelpDash sells no paid plan and has no checkout. Any price is stated to you in full, in writing, before you agree to it.
(d) Refunds. HelpDash charges nothing, so there is nothing to refund. A paid period, where one is agreed in writing, is refundable pro rata if we fail to provide the service.
(e) Your data, plainly. The personal data inside tickets belongs to your company and its customers. We process it only to run the desk for you, under the Data Processing Agreement at https://helpdash.eu/dpa, and we never use it to train anything, to profile anyone, or for our own purposes. Our subprocessors are listed at https://helpdash.eu/subprocessors, and you are told before a new one starts.
(f) Rules. Do not use the desk to send bulk marketing, and do not put special-category data (health, biometrics, political views) into tickets without telling us first — it changes what we must do to protect it.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown at the point of purchase in the displayed currency. Payment is processed by Mollie; we do not store card numbers. The Operator is not VAT-registered; prices are final unless stated otherwise. Pricing changes never affect already-paid periods and are announced in an update to these Terms (see §9).
5. Digital content and your EU withdrawal right
For one-off digital content delivered immediately (e.g. passes, unlocks): by purchasing you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (§ 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code / Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU). For subscriptions: you may cancel any time with effect from the end of the paid period.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to break, overload, scrape or resell the service, no circumvention of access or payment controls. We may suspend accounts that materially breach these Terms; where feasible we warn first.
7. Liability
The service is provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for interruptions outside our control; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Czech law (incl. towards consumers, § 2898 Civil Code).
8. Personal data
Processing of personal data is described in the separate Privacy Policy at https://helpdash.eu/privacy. Summary: we collect the minimum needed (portfolio rule: minimise → hash → encrypt), we do not sell data, and you have all GDPR rights.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, pricing or law changes. The current version, its number and effective date are always at https://helpdash.eu/terms; material changes to a running subscription are notified in advance and give you the right to cancel before they take effect.
10. Governing law, disputes, ADR
Czech law governs. Courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence (Art. 6 Rome I). Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution via the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI), https://adr.coi.cz, or the EU ODR platform https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
